At 7 p.m., welcome drink at the hotel, which is located only
a few kilometres from Parma, in order to get acquainted
with the typical welcoming atmosphere of Emilia Romagna.

DAY 2 |

|
After breakfast, the"pleasure trip" begins with spa
treatments (one of three available formulas) and the brand
new pool or the beneficial effects of the sauna or Turkish
bath.
Lunch at the hotel restaurant.
Afternoon visit to a characteristic ham factory to discover
the productive cycle of the famous Prosciutto di Parma and
to taste its delicious flavour accompanied by a glass of local
wine.
Guided visit to Parma.
Dinner at a trattoria in Parma.

DAY 3 |

After breakfast, the spa treatments continue.
Lunch at the hotel restaurant.
Afternoon visit to Bologna to discover the history and
secrets of this medieval city which is famous for its Two
Towers, the Piazza Maggiore, the most ancient University
in western civilization (1088) and more than 40 km of
arcades, the longest in the world, recognized by UNESCO
as patrimony of humanity.
Dinner at a typical restaurant in the old town centre, to
taste famous cuisine of Bologna, accompanied by a live
jazz show.
After dinner we return to the hotel.

After breakfast, the spa treatments continue.
Lunch at the hotel restaurant.
Afternoon visit to the Ferrari museum, in the vicinity of
Modena, to learn more about the history and the
"legendary red myth" of Maranello.
The itinerary continues to discover the secrets of an ancient
vinegar producing family in Modena, where we will learn
about the sophisticated productive cycle and to taste the
true Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena, or the
traditional balsamic vinegar from Modena.
Dinner will be served at a restaurant in the old town centre
of Modena.
Return to the hotel after dinner.

DAY 5 |
- Wednesday |
|
Breakfast will be served earlier than usual in order to learn about the
"daily production rite" at a dairy of Parmigiano Reggiano and taste its
unique flavour, maybe also have a glass of typical local wine.
The tour continues passing the ancient walls of the Castle of Torrechiara
and with lunch at the Castle restaurant.
In the afternoon return to the thermal bath to relax with spa treatments
or to swim in the pool.
Dinner at the hotel restaurant.

Free morning after breakfast. (The market in Parma, shopping or any
other activity which we will advise you on according to the period and
our preferences.)
In the afternoon, the spa and relaxation treatments will remain open
until 7 p.m.

- Friday |
|
After breakfast, enjoy the last spa treatment day.
Lunch at the hotel restaurant.
Afternoon visit to Busseto, the town where the famous composer
Giuseppe Verdi was born. Afterwards a visit to a winery where we may
taste the wine produced. The "symphony of flavours" continues to
Zibello, where the Culatello (the most precious part of the ham) is
produced. There will be a tasting and all will learn about its history and
have a glass of typical local wine.
To conclude the week, all will enjoy dinner at the elegant restaurant of
the farm.
